Fleur de Coeur
Our hearts continue to be with the victims and families affected by the New Year’s Day Bourbon Street tragedy. To aid in the healing of our community, we’ve partnered with the Louisiana Restaurant Association to launch Fleur de Coeur: A Culinary Tribute.
From January 13–19, 2025, come together with us and other Bourbon Street establishments to celebrate New Orleans’ culinary legacy. Enjoy special dishes and drinks, knowing your participation helps support those impacted.
At Red Fish Grill, 100% of the proceeds from our Wood Grilled Redfish will benefit the New Year’s Day Tragedy Fund. Let’s unite in support and strength, honoring our community and those we lost.
How to Participate
- Visit any participating restaurant or bar during the week of January 13–19.
- Order the featured Fleur du Coeur dish or drink to contribute directly to the Tragedy Fund.
- Share your experience on social media using #FleurduCoeur to amplify support and encourage others to join.
