Guests must request the Grilling & Chilling Menu when making their reservations or when seated.


1st Course
Oysters En Brochette
Plump P&J oysters wrapped with applewood smoked bacon, finished with a classic meunière sauce

RFG House Salad
Hearts of romaine with crumbled Stilton, tomatoes, red onions, and roasted pecans tossed with an apple-rosemary vinaigrette

2nd Course

Redfish Creole
Redfish, grilled then smothered in a roasted red pepper Creole sauce with green onion pilaf and a garlic crouton

Hickory Grilled Redfish
With garlic buttered creamer potatoes and the Chef’s selection of fresh vegetables, finished with a light lemon butter sauce

Garlicky Grilled Gulf Shrimp
Grilled Louisiana shrimp marinated in lemon and garlic, served with a crispy muffuletta bread salad, finished with a balsamic vinaigrette and Grana Padano


3rd Course
Very, Very, Key Lime Pie

Light, creamy and very limey key lime pie with a slightly sweetened graham cracker crust, key lime gastrique and vanilla bean whipped cream

Fresh Chilled Sorbet of the Day
